2. Description of Service

Our Service enables users to upload their own photographs ("User Content") to create a personalized AI model, which then generates a portfolio of new, AI-generated headshots ("Generated Images").

3. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

The Service is offered on a one-time payment basis for a specific number of "Credits". One Credit allows you to train one AI model and generate one portfolio of headshots. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee as outlined on our pricing page.

4. User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of your original uploaded photos and the final Generated Images. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and reproduce your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (i.e., to generate your headshots). This license terminates automatically when your data is deleted as per our Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to upload any content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. You may not use the Service for any purpose other than its intended use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIHeadshot.co.uk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
