To provide our Service, we collect the following personal data:
- Uploaded Photographs: You provide us with 4-8 photos of yourself. This is necessary to train the AI model.
- Account Information: We collect your email address for account creation, payment processing, and to notify you when your headshots are ready.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is used for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you:
- Your photos are used exclusively to train a temporary, personal AI model of your likeness.
- We **do not** use your photos to train our general AI models or for any other purpose.
- Your email is used for essential service communications, such as order confirmation and delivery notifications.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Your privacy is paramount. We have a strict data deletion policy:
- Both your **original uploaded photos** and the **trained AI model** are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems 7 days after your headshots are generated.
- Your final generated headshots remain in your account for 30 days, after which they are also permanently deleted. You can manually delete them from your dashboard at any time before this.

4. Your Rights under UK GDPR

As a UK user, you have rights over your personal data. Given our automatic deletion policy, your right to erasure is fulfilled by design. You can access, download, or delete your generated headshots from your user dashboard at any time within the 30-day window.

5. Data Processors

We use trusted third-party services to provide our Service:
- Supabase: For database and authentication.
- Stripe: For secure payment processing. We do not store your payment card details.
- Vercel: For hosting our application.
